To be eligible for program incentives, homes must receive gas and/or electric service from Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E). If your home is outside of PG&E’s service territory, contact us to find the best program for you.
Builders work with Title 24 consultants to model homes in comparison to the 2016 Title 24, which took effect in January 2017. Participants may not begin construction until receiving authorization from the Program.
Builders work with HERS Raters who visit homes to verify energy specifications and conduct energy performance tests.
